Tomorrow is Saint Nicholas! It's interesting how this festivity differs around the world... I remember when I was a kid that my mum used to hide on my balcony and make loud noises on the shutters. So I got scared and thought the "devil" came after me because I wasn't good :) It's actually a tradition here to polish your boots or put a plate on your window before you go to sleep on the 5th and the next morning receive carbon if you weren't good or sweets and fruit if you were. ...
